CONCEPT SKETCHES
Work closely with one of our professional architects to start your vision. Concept drawings or sketches are drawings, often freehand, that are used by designers such as architects, engineers and interior designers as a quick and simple way of exploring initial ideas for designs. This is a time to get creative and to allow for some of your ideas to come to visual fruition.
ARCHITECTURAL PLANS & PERMITS
In addition to the design, architectural plans will offer notes with detailed specifications regarding important components to the plan such as materials that will be used, area calculations, and more. Prior to construction, your architectural plans will be reviewed by the applicable city departments in the jurisdiction in which the project is located.
MANUFACTURING & CONSTRUCTION
Our modular homes are either prefab or custom built, or both depending on the style.
